Coconut Creek is a private subdivision in the southeast corner of Marsh Harbour. This is one of the few privately gated communities in the Marsh Harbour area. Grocery stores, schools, doctors' offices, and other necessities are a 5-minute drive into the main part of Marsh Harbour, along with the airport positioned about the same distance away. The subdivision allows for full beach access for landowners with feet right away. There are a few homes already built in this community, and the size of the lots allows for perfectly fit residential houses with lawn space to accompany them. All lots are single-family in the subdivision. It is not permitted to build a duplex or triplex on any lot.
